Terry, Perhaps this is simply my lack of understanding. I know you can read HART values back on a FBM215 (like valve information). But is the 215 a substitute for a 214. The 214 has the following description FBM214, HART Inputs, 8 Channels (I/A Plant) . The FBM 215 has the following description FBM215, HART Output, 8 Channels. I'm needing a card that can do inputs. Some channels will be HART, some will be configured 4-20ma with a non HART device attached. Perhaps the 215 can do this. If so, the description on thecards needs to change and Matt DeAthos won't have to make a new input module, but I'm thinking that there's a reason on is called inputs and the other is called outputs.
