In running with Graham's comment, you may want to check the System =
Definition for the two stations to see if something different is =
configured for their ports.

We have a test system here and have managed to get the Annunciator =
working, the only issue that the Techie had was that the GCIO COMMS.
port defaulted to 1 in sysdef and he had plugged it into the wrong port.
