    Well, I'm not too sure what the problem is.  But when I first open up
FoxCAE 4.0 on my PC, I have three buttons enabled:  Select, Help, and
Cancel.  The "Select" button must first be used to select a valid
subdirectory under the FOXCAE40 directory, if one is not preselected
already.  If this subdirectory is empty, you should then have the "Install"
and "Load" buttons enabled.  If the subdirectory already has a FoxCAE 4.0
project in it, you should just have to go through the picking "Password",
picking  "User ID" routine to get the "OK" button enabled.

    Other than that, perhaps someone else has some suggestions, since I may
be forgetting something from a brand new install.   Or you may need to call
TAC.
