You can tie visibility to one parameter and color to the other parameter.
Set one of the colors to the background color and it effectively controls
visibility also.  The "visibility" would then be the AND of the two
parameters.

I would like text visibilty to be controlled by two parameters from a GDEV
block.

Will they work as an "OR" or as an "AND".

I would like visibility to be based on if  a limit is available and if it
is ignored.
