Re: [foxboro] Forcing an ABSCAN to write data

When used in event driven mode, the ABSCAN block only writes the data that 
has changed in I/A to the PLC.  This write occurs on the word boundaries 
(apparently) so changing a bit will at most write a word.  Very economical 
on bandwidth.  Very tough to write a neat forcing utility.
