I had the "unable to open alarm manager" window situation occur again today. This time I was over in the control room. The operator was discussing something with me, and we both did the same thing. We did Displays -> Operations, which brings up a transient window. From this window we both chose Exit. After this we could not get the alarm manger to come up on either PC. I check and both copies of alarm manger were running on the WP I checked on. I also looked at som, and I was not out of lists. Rebooting the WP's fixed the problem, and repeating the steps did not replicate the issue.
