There are a number of options if you willing pay a little bit.
Integrity from PAS - http://www.pas.com/products.aspx?contentId( - which we
resell is an excellent choice since it is VERY comprehensive and can be used to
document other systems in your plan (if you have such a situation).
FoxCAE which is still available can be used for back-documentation.
There are other 3rd party packages.

Has any body done any flowcharts that are similar to what IACC has for their
ICC system.
I need to build some flow charts so we can figure out some control schemes and
document some need circuits.
I was thinking about MS Visio. I have build some in excel and have never used
Visio but I am told it would be easier.
Any thoughts? Are there any templates out there?
