I have recently experienced this problem when using Coax/Fiber =
converters with the CP60's. When I had a Coax/Fiber converters fail =
that was on the CP60 side (converting from CP60 Fieldbus Coax to Fiber) =
I started receiving these types of alarms with the shadow CP becoming =
unmarried. It would not marry up again either. Problem ended up be =
that with the bad Coax/Fiber converter the processors were supposedly =
seeing a mismatch in the number of I/O modules attached to the =
processors. The problem can be identified by temporarily disable the B =
fieldbus and see if the processor will marry back. If it does you have =
problem on the B fieldbus.

Yes, both of the red and green LED's are illuminated on the failed CP. =
Looking at the alarm printout, here is what I see:
=20
Single PIO Bus Access Error on B
Single PIO Bus Access Recovery on B
FCM B module failed
FCM B no longer failed
=20
These have came in multiple times.

Thanks,
