Re: [foxboro] FW: Foxboro IA Fonts - Will not open with Exceed on Demand

 Andreas,

Thanks for checking. Let me know what your notes reveal.

The main reason for changing to EOD is the license issue; Exceed 12.0 is
licensed/usr and EOD allows concurrent licensing. I was also told by IT
that security was another reason (not sure what that means) and the fact
that the other plants are also going to EOD.

Thanks again.

Dear Joseph,

I've used EoD for testing purposes only. I'll check my notes in the next
days and see how I dealed with that problem.

Why did you jump from Exceed on the Client to EoD?

My colleagues haven't seen any advantage compared to preinstalled PCs with
Exceed.
I personaly saw an advantage in the fact that we could avoid the
installation of Exceed on a PC.

Regards,
Andreas
