Hi all,
Just a thought:
Since there might be some utility to allowing "position available" postings, 
and the downside is basically a decrement in list quality (lower signal to 
noise ratio), perhaps such postings could be allowed with a defined subject 
convention, i.e. "[job]" or "[position available]", to facilitate filtering.
