Re: [foxboro] FOXAPI Configuration for Foxhistory Ver 2.0

FV does NOT use FoxAPI or AIM*API.

The trend is to maximize the use of FoxAPI or AIM*API in all new
applications as opposed to using the OM API.

Such applications include:

Application Object Services
DMCplus Bridge
Connoisseur Bridge
AIM*OPC Server
WonderLink
etc, etc

OK, I see this, if _every_ data consumer uses FoxAPI. However, I was
under
the impression that only "external" tasks (PI being an example) and
the
historian used the FoxAPI. Am I mistaken? Do graphics pages for
example,
and CP to CP connections use the FoxAPI? Or if they don't, might
that be a
        long term design goal?
