FDSI DCI output blocks have parameters that are readbacks
So you can achieve the scheme of a block in manual where its outputs are
set by the fox and its inputs are device readback
This is all clear for a FBM224 where you specify the transactions the
FDSI works in a similar fashion but its not clear how it works
