OK, good to hear, if and when I get there.

As for new config tools, I was sort of waiting until IEE came out and 
hopefully replaced, rather than layered on top of, ICC.  And simplifying 
details is all well and good, as long as those details are not part of a 
larger underlying problem that should be fixed in its own right.  Sounds 
like in the DCI block case this is being addressed.

V8.4 has added alarm limits and SCIs to the DCI blocks.

In general, the DCI blocks are much more functional in V8.4.

I know you aren't interested in new configuration tools, but part of our
solution is the user of more powerful configurators to simplify details.
At some point, you really should try them.
