Thanks for the reply Marcel

The EEPROM REV was 0097/0305 before and after doing an EEPROM UPDATE.

The date of the modbus.ziph file is 1/13/2005

Do you mean to reboot the CP or the FBM? (I did both)
Do know if "RESET FBM" == reboot fbm?

THe ECB200 looks fine in select (except the FBM STATUS is "NOT READY".
The ECB201 shows ECB ON, DEV READY, OFF SCAN, DEV FAIL, PORT ENABLED.
All of the following are CYAN DCI READY/ DEV ENABLED/ DVE FAILED / DLOAD
FAIL / UN-RESOLVED.

For staging I have the switches set as in Fig.4-38 page 63 of
B0700AH-Rev.C.
(Null modem, no handshake)
I have a protocol analyzer connected to the TA, and Tx and Rx looped back.
I am getting data transmitted from the FBM, but even with Tx connected to
Rx, the Rx LED in the FBM never flashes.
The data from the FBM is :
00 00 00 00 E0 0B 01 08 00 00 00 00 E0 0B 01 08 00 00 00 00 E0 0B 01 08
