Re: [foxboro] FBM04 failures

Dear Stan,
Also please check your field devices connected to this FBM. Sometimes the 
field devices malfunctions and loads the FBM which becomes the cause of FBM 
failure. The best way to cope with this type of field devices problem is to 
use IS barriers on inputs and outputs.
