When we have experienced a similar problem, we had to move to a different

I've got a FBM04 that keeps failing like this:

04:34:47 02/17/06 CP0501 Equip = 23E112
SYSMON -00043 Equipment failed

We have changed teh FBM (twice) and the nose cone, and leterbug.

Any sugestions as to what action to take next?
