Is the FBM installed in a Y-Adapter or in an FBM mounting structure? Are there any other slots available in the enclosure? If so, try moving it to a different slot to eliminate potential connectivity problems. If in a Y-Adapter, replace it. How heavily is the CP fieldbus loaded?
