I can't imagine that a point failure would cause a PIO Bus failure message,
so I would look to a bent pin on the FBM, a bad letterbug, or a cracked
Y-module mounting rack. We've had techs over-tighten the FBM screws and
crack the pin socket resulting in intermittent problems ... it can be hard
to see.
