Hi Corey,
I would expect the meas to fail if the I/O channel is not working
correctly. I would suggest connecting an Amps simulator and see if the
meas reacts to the amps you're sending (4-20). Or you could try to connect
the AIN to another I/O with a temp wiring and see what happens. If it's
still the same the problem is in the AIN block somewhere. If not replace
the FBM01.
We have several FBM01/04 where 1 channel is not working anymore, but
usually the meas value freezes and does not respond to Amp simulation.

[foxboro] FBM01 weirdness
Hi list,
We came across something weird with an FBM01 yesterday. On one point, the
counts (MEAS) value is valid and moving (around 44000), but the PNT value
is BAD, red and frozen. Other points on the card are working fine.
We are assuming we have a bad channel. The AIN block is fine, in auto,
SCI=3, ranges good, etc. LASTGV=1 (I _hate_ that default :) so I don't
know what the value would have gone to if it were left as nature intended.
We deleted/undeleted the block, no luck.
Anyone else seen this?
