i appreciate sharing your experiences & ideas. 

In our case the front LED on the nosecone did not light red. 
I can also exclude temperature changes (air conditioned room) and vibration as 
an option for the failure. An important information would also be whether 
Foxboro recommends to reuse the replaced FBM or not.
