We have experienced this before and it was determined to be caused by the
letterbug not having a good connection. If your FBMs are in an area where
temperature changes or vibration is prevalent, then this is a possibility.

Hi list,
we encountered the following problem.
A FBM01 stopped communicating with its host cp. The message in the error log
was saying "PIO Bus Access Error on A & B".
So, we replaced the FBM and everything was fine like before.
After that i took the supposedly broken FBM and have put it into a test rack
and what a surprise sysmon was happy with it.
Any ideas what could have caused those communication problems despite of the
fact that FBM has no hardware failure.
Best Regards
