I'm not sure what happened to my first post, but It looks like you are trying 
to apply? 224 software configuration to a 230.? You can use a 224 in 8.0 but if 
you have a 230 you will definitely need an FDSI driver for whatever device you 
are trying to talk to.

 Folks,
        I am having trouble putting several FBM230's on line.   We have 
made sure the .MMA and .MSL files are in /usr/fox/sp/files/devices.
We have killed the System Manager (Ver 8.2) and opened up the old system 
manager .    The downloads do not seem to work and the FBM info shows 
a problem with the above files.   We can put the FBM on and off line from 
the System Manager.   Is there something we are missing with the files.
