You also cannot hit it directly with an AOUT.  You must build an ROUT, and 
then if you need more than the paltry functionality an ROUT provides, 
build an AOUT that feeds it.

Terry,

You should be good with ECB 200 HWTYPE 215 SWTYPE 215.

You also need ECB201 for each field device - do you have those configured 
yet?
ECB 201 HWTYPE 215 SWTYPE 215 PARENT - pathname of ECB200
