True. However, Brian didn't indicate the CP image version.......
Just run the /opt/fox/bin/tools/ckmacadr tool to eliminate this as a possible 
reason, won't do any harm.

 check to see if fbmload is running. Review smon_log.

Hello Brian,

Has the host of the CP been replaced since the last reboot of the CP?
This smells like the host MAC address in the CP not matching the actual one.
