What we have done is setup one operator or PSM coordinator with an
environment that is Builder only. Create a directory for them with prebuilt
overlays for them to use. Put an "INFO" button on each graphic and link it
to the corresponding overlay. Spend a day with the person and then turn
them loose. Makes them responsible for doing them and maintaining them. A
lot of work for them but unloads the techs.

What, if any, are the best methods to give access to documents such as
SOP's to operators from the Foxboro Workstation screens? Their simple
request is to be able to punch a button on a display and have the SOP
appear on the screen. I assume a complicated resolution......
