Re: [foxboro] Disk Mirroring in AW51E

To my knowledge you must choose the diskmirroring software in SysDef (This
was not always the case but things have changed).

After making the change in Sysdef and loading the Commit disk the correct
dft files are copied from the CD to the system drive and you should be able
to perform the tasks of mirroring the system drives etc.
Hope this solves your problem.

Subject: [foxboro] Disk Mirroring in AW51E

We are commissioning an AW51E (Ultra 60) with external hard drives with
mirroring. (18Gb each).
When we tried to mirror using "dft format_disk esp2 scsi0", which is
supposed to be for this model hardware,
we get reply as invalid command. Also dft command doesn't show options for
esp2.
The primary disk is working well in esp1, scsi0.

Any solutions to this problem is appreciated.
