If someone is actively using the VNC connection, I don't want them booted out.
I also don't want someone connecting in to an environment that they
aren't supposed
to have access to, which could occur if I'm in the Engineer's
environment and someone
else takes my session.  But that's just me, and others might have a different 
philosophy.
