Re DCI PAKCO parameter
We adopted scripts to do omsetimp -pl from the graphics and this is
acceptable
The process of making an IND block run a script drove us to first look
at the PLC, as it turned out the specific register that the IND external
wrote to had no PLC writes going to it so we were able to assume
ownership and put that PAKOUT into auto
