Re: [foxboro] Cross Referencing Parameters

The cross-reference utility called "xref" does include cross-referencing =
of
C:B.P references in HLBL code, if the reference is not indirect (this is
where the C:B.P name is stored in a variable, and its value is =
de-referenced
using single quotes around it).=20

Go to http://www.feedforward.com/downloads.htm to get it. =20

Best of all, it is free!

All,

Does anyone know if there's a way to cross reference parameters easily?

I'm looking at some sequence blocks. Inputs do not need to be secured to =
any
particular source; they may be triggered from many places, right? If my
sequence block uses BI003 in its HLBL but I can't see a connection on =
Block
Display / ICC, how can I check where it may be set from?

At present I have to do a text search of each block in a saveall for the
input - is there no better way?

I've never done it, but I've been told that it can be done under V6.4 =
using
the PROFIbus DP FBM and 3rd party DeviceNet to PROFIbus DP (changed in
update) adapters.

Hope this is useful.

Hi,

Has somebody experience on communicating Rockwell modules to the I/A =3D
system through Devicenet? Specifically the vibration Module Entek XM-120
from Rockwell?

Thanks,
