off the top of my head, try something like passing the CIN to a CALC block
that does a one-shop pulse for a second, and accumulate the output of the
OSPs... reset once a day by comparing a stored STATION.DAY to the current
STATION.DAY... when they're different clear the accum (or move it to a data
store, historian, etc.) and store the current STATION.DAY... you could do
this in the same calc that's doing the OSP.  Hope this helps.
