The first try at gettng a Display Manager up should be
to use a telnet session from the X terminal. Connect
to the AW and login as user 'ia', password 'remote'.
This standard login for IA determines the address of
the X terminal which is logging in, then starts a
Display Manager session to that terminal. It is
all automatic after the login, and won't work until
the all the setups are correct (dmcfg, X access, IP
address and routing, etc.)
If you only want a Display Manager on demand, this
may be enough. If you want to make it automatic,
look at the script '/opt/ia/.profile' to see how it is
done, then write your automatic callup script along
the same lines. This file (a hidden file) is run
automaticly when you log in to the 'ia' account, and
manages the callup of the DM.
Good luck,
