Re: [foxboro] Configurator Help

We have a few blocks linked to blocks in other CPs. The problem we have
is that quite often the link does not get made after initially configuring
it in the Integrated Control Configurator. The link shows up in the block
detail with the correct CBP, but it will be in cyan and shows out of
service.

When this happens I have to checkpoint the CP two or three times to get
the link to work. We used to call Foxwatch about this problem, but were
never able to get it resolved.

The link problem usually happens when a CP in one node of our three node
carrier band LAN is linking to a CP in another node.

As long as you enter the correct Compound:Block.Parameter it should work,
but you may have to open the block in the ICC, save it, and run a checkpoint
a few times before the link works. Be sure that you enter the FULL C:B.P or
it definitely won't work.
