Are you using direct connect, AB1785KE or AB-KF2 ?

As far as I know the direct connect method is not supported.

AB1785KE is:

A2,A4,A6,A8 --- B8 ---  C1,C4,C5  closed  (all others open)

AB-KF2 is:

A2,A4,A6,A8 --- B8 ---  C1 and C5  closed  (all others open)
