if you want the windows version, then that is the wrong link. it should be:

http://www.thecassandraproject.org/archive/set_mtk-nt-0.0.1.zip

if you want the solaris one, then this is what you want:

http://www.thecassandraproject.org/archive/set_mtk-0.0.1.tar.Z
