Re: [foxboro] CP60 Alarm Message

It retries and that causes delays in sending out alarm messages.

DevMon disables "dead" WPs/AWs, but it has not impact on any other alarm
destination, e.g., a Historian that is turned off, FoxPage, or a
misspelled target. In these cases, the CP will retry each time it needs
to send a message to that destination.

If the CP60's  GR1DV1 is a typo or perhaps an AW's letterbug instead of
the AW -  WP logical name, does the CP60 continue to try and send out
the GR1 alarms to this non-existent device or does the process mark the
name as bad and stop trying to send alarm messages?
