Is that an FBM231 or 233 on your CP270?  There is a "partner gone"
error code for those.

From the error code manual:
Partner gone (231 and 233 only). The FBM's redundant partner has
stopped responding. This can be caused by the physical removal of the
partner, by a "reset" of the partner, or by a failure of the partner.
