  We trigger external horns with our alarm system.  The horns are on COUTs
and are listed in our horn.cfg files.  The Alarm Manager takes care of the
routing and the horn sounds until an operator acknowledges the alarm.

  Here is one of our horn.cfg files:

  You have to set up the alarm priorities to match your system, and the Fox
Docs can tell you how.  In our case the name of the COUT blocks are
FLASHALARM:HORN, and FPALARM:HORN.  the "IN" is the input to the COUT block.
The flash alarms are priority 4 and the filter plant alarms are priority 5.
