Yes, most definitely. The file you need to edit is /usr/fox/alarms/horn.cfg
and the instructions are in horn_cfg.man. Reboot the AW/WP to load the new
horn.cfg into the Alarm&Alert subsystem. (You have to toggle an IFL which,
in turn, activates your COUT in a simple ladder rung.)
