Re: [foxboro] Both CP's have Failed.

Was this a hardware failure with only red LED ON? If this was a hardware  
failure then you should send your CP modules to Foxboro for enginering 
evaluation. If this is not a hardware failure then there is a scenario that 
whenever you want to remove one CP for any reason you must have to make that 
CP module offline. If both the CPs are online and you try to remove one CP 
module without making it offline both CPs may go into offline state.
