sent me some procedures. I will take it from there and see how this

We had the same problem not to long ago.

I would strongly advise you to call in Foxboro technical support.
I believe they have a standard procedure for handling this type of
problem.
There is a lot of information they will need which they can gather with
special tools.

One of the important questions in their procedure is:
Was the CP at the time of the incident being modified?

We known out of experience that you can stress a CP up to the point of
failing (both) by excessive OM calls, e.g. opening and closing OM lists
continuously at a high rate (depending on the CP image version).

However, first thing to do is to check the system manager messages!
