We have had good luck using SonicWall Internet security appliances. This
unit does stateful inspection among other things and provides an easy to
configure web browser interface.
SonicWall makes several models providing various levels of processing power.
We have used the Pro 200 model with good success running XWin, ssh, ftp and
OSI PI through it.
It costs about $1800 and is available through many channels.
