Re: [foxboro] [BULK] Locking / Disabling equipment

We also require the tech to lock out the motor starter, take off the airline
on pneumatic equipment, and/or remove any source of energy to the device
being work on. Lock Out, Tag Out, Try Out. We had a gentleman (I'm using
the phrase very loosely) that did not perform the above believing it was
safe, end up loosing the tip of two fingers. Removing all sources of energy
is the only safe way and acceptable method here on site.
