Re: [foxboro] Automation of upload/checkpoint/save_all at sites with IACC, ICC, or IEE!!

Corey,

At the moment we're going both routes. I want P91 Win2003 servers to
provide operator displays and P82 SOTM boxes as boot hosts and hosts
for legacy scripts and programs. With the Mesh I don't need as many
boot hosts as I do currently on the CBLAN, so I really only need one
P82 for each major plant area. I should be able to support these for
another 6-10 years with little problem (I'm advantage upgrading 51A
boxes to get my P82s), so the fact that Sun has EOL'd these is not a
huge issue. And I will have the Windows in the network for anything
we can't do on the Suns. As I noted, the biggest issue is Foxboro's
willingness to continue providing software updates for the SOTM
workstations.

Cheers,

Kevin FitzGerrell
