At one point there was talk of a software development kit being made
available for the IA Windows platforms.
Is there still a Windows SDK in the works?
If not, how are we going to port existing applications which use IPC or
object manager calls to the Windows platforms?

Re:[foxboro] Alarms priority Andreas, First ADMC does work on both Windows
and Solaris on V7.1. ADMC is the configurator used to configure the Alarm
Manager displays (e.g. CAD, UNACK, AHD, etc.) period. Fields configured on
these displays will be printed in alarm reports generated from an alarm
display. That said, however, you cannot use ADMC to add a field to be
included in alarms sent to an alarm printer (i.e. LP01 configured as a
destination in your GRxDYy compound parameters). This does not use the Alarm
Manager interface but uses the cs_alarm interface which does not, and cannot
be configured to, include the priority. Sorry. For future reference, if you
ever move to 8.2 or later, the Message Manager interface will print alarm
priorities. Regards, Kathy -----Original Message----- From:
