You can create your own script based on getpars commands such as this one:
/opt/fox/bin/tools/getpars -UCPXXXX -tAIN -mCMPNM:%-12.12s -mHAL:%3.3f
-mLAL:%3.3f -mHLPR:%2d -n > /tmp/report.txt
This will return AIN block HAL & LAL alarms and their priority in CPXXXX and
save to /tmp/report.txt. You can add the other alarms as needed.
Similartly you can apply this to your PID(X), AOUT, GDEV and any other
blocks you require.
Also, take a look at HH1068 - Determining Which Alarms Are Configured On
Your System, Per Block
