Re: [foxboro] Alarm Tracking software

Robert,

We use an excellent product for this purpose from Real Time Solutions
(Ted.Jirik@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), the Real Time Message Server and Configuration Data
Archive. Besides collecting and sorting process and system alarms to a (Linux
or Windows) server connected on the second ethernet, it also collects and sorts
operator actions and also control configuration data and connections, and all is
available with a variety of sorts and reports through a Web site.
