Did you check that the CSA was included in the system definition when you
moved the host to the 2nd AW?

An error -30 when opening the ICC means that the CSA server cannot
be found. Make sure that the CSA is started. See /usr/fox/bin for
all the startup scripts. The startup script for the CSA is "go_ACSA".
