Sorry to take so long to reply back. Got redirected to something else
and took awhile to get back on this.
It turns out that FoxDraw cannot access the bit extensions either. Had
to use bitmap techniques.

For control connections, use bit extentions:  Compound:Block.PAKCIN.B1
through Compound:Block.PAKCIN.B32.

For Display Manager, the bit extensions are not available.  Use
Compound:Block.PAKCIN and then use bitmap techniques within Display
Configurator to access individual bits.

I'm not sure about FoxDraw.

Can someone tell me how to access the individual bits in a PAKIN block.
If it tells in the manual, I cannot find it.
