If you look in your installation logs.....did the AFB70 software load
correctly? That is the Control I/O  software for the internal CP

The AW70X that you described is connected to the nodebus so the previous
email regarding the MS loopback adapter doesn't apply. You must be bound to
a legitimate Ethernet adapter.

Dear Pablo,
I faced a similar problem when I set up an AW70X on an I/A NT version 6.1. 
The ICC access problem was same as yours. I solved this problem by setting 
the driver of ethernet card to MS Loop back adapter.  I hope this can help 
you finding the direction towards your problem solution.
