hi, i have had this problem once, it was due to a bad configuration of =
my
AW70 control panel settings
In the regional parameters tool, in control panel : if you change a =
setting
like "," for "." or you change the money of work , exceed can cause =
this
kind of problem. It's surprising but ther's a link between all of this.
goot luck

Objet: Re: [foxboro] AW70 - no shell
In past cases I have seen where the Exceed X server is running, put the =
icc=20
configurator fails to appear when summoned, it has been due to a TCP/IP =
configuration error. If other I/A workstations are on the same =
network,=20
see if you can ping them. Sometimes, for troubleshooting, it's helpful =
to=20
use the Microsoft loopback adapter as the ethernet device and 127.0.0.1 =
as=20
the IP address on the AW70. Then see if you can call up the =
configurator=20
locally.
Good Luck,
David
